Certification of Constructed ScopeÌý ÌýThis form is required for projects where Building Aid Units (BAUs) were assigned during Preliminary Review (e.g., new buildings and additions). It must be completed during the Final Cost Report (FCR) process to certify that the final constructed scope is consistent with the BAUs assigned, or to identify any changes that may impact BAU eligibility.
